Noelle Minter

Noelle has been a dedicated team member of ReServe since 2012.  She has served in multiple roles within the organization, including Assistant Director and Consultant. Over the past five years, Noelle has been an integral part of ReServe’s Summer Senior Employment Program; a successful partnership with West Harlem’s Development Corporation.

Noelle is an alumni of the prestigious National Urban Fellows program with a Master’s degree in Public Administration from CUNY-Baruch. She also holds a certificate in Aging from the Hunter-Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging & Longevity and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology, Business Administration and Urban Studies from Northeastern University.

With over a decade of experience, Noelle’s areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, program development, community outreach, market cultivation and aging equity.  A self-described “people person”, Noelle enjoys interacting with ReServists and all older adults interested in making a meaningful impact on their communities.
