M. Caroline St Ange is ReServe’s DFTA Contract Supervisor focusing on New York City Agencies. She develops part-time staffing assignments for ReServists 50+ and ensures the long-term success of the ReServe Brand. In partnership with the West Harlem Development Corporation’s Summer Senior Employment Program (SSEP), Caroline was instrumental in growing this important program for West Harlem’s residents. Caroline brings over thirty years of account management, recruitment, job placement as well as business development experience to the ReServe team. Caroline earned a MA in Human Resources Management from The New School and received her BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University.

When not at ReServe, Caroline volunteers as a mentor with Year Up New York. Year Up is a one- year, intensive training program that provides low-income young adults, ages 18-24, with a combination of hands-on skills development, coursework eligible for college credit, corporate internships, and wraparound support.
