ReServe Southeast Wisconsin

Welcome to ReServe Southeast Wisconsin: Helping continuing professionals age 55+ reinvest a career's worth of skills to strengthen their communities.

ReServe Southeast Wisconsin is an exciting and innovative new program that matches continuing professionals age 55+ (ReServists) with organizations that need their expertise.  Nonprofits and public agencies (Partners) can tap into a lifetime of experience to fill crucial staffing gaps at affordable rates. ReServists can do great things for their communities while they put their professional expertise to work on part-time service projects, in exchange for a modest hourly stipend.

Launching in Spring 2012, the program is serving Partner Organizations (non-profits and public agencies) throughout Southeast Wisconsin.  Partners come to ReServe Southeast Wisconsin to address a variety of needs within their organizations that can benefit from the experience of seasoned professionals, but do not require a full-time employee or are of limited duration (weeks to months).  For a fixed, modest hourly rate, the Partners benefit from access to knowledge and experience that would normally cost much more or might not be available to them at all.
