Business Development Manager
“Non profits continually tell me how impressed they are with the experience and skills of ReServists-- the contributions they make are invaluable!”
Liz Gold has spent nearly two decades in the non-profit sector, working to make a difference in the lives of people who face challenges and barriers to employment. She has served over 10 years with Fedcap and currently works as Business Development Manager for ReServe, with the main focus of developing relationships with non-profits and creating job opportunities, supporting senior populations with job readiness and job placement. Prior to her involvement with ReServe, she worked as Business Development Manager at Fedcap’s Back-to-Work program developing, cultivating, and training new business developers, generating hundreds of job opportunities, leading to many success stories of people gaining self-sufficiency and living more productive lives.
She holds a B. A. in psychology and, before coming to Fedcap, worked for Wildcat Service Corporation and was president and owner of Insight Personnel, a full-service staffing agency.
"Liz is my favorite kind of professional; she is not only responsive and efficient, but she is a delight to talk to on the phone. She reached out to me to have my organization hire a ReServist and I was initially reluctant. Liz assured me that she would find me people who would be a good fit for us and she DID. She's also funny, so I look forward to each call we have."
