Liz Gold

Liz Gold has spent nearly two decades in the non-profit sector, working to make a difference in the lives of people who face challenges and barriers to employment. She has served over 10 years with Fedcap and currently works as Business Development Director for ReServe, with the main focus of developing relationships with non-profits and creating job opportunities, supporting senior populations with job readiness and job placement. Prior to her involvement with ReServe, she worked as Business Development Director at Fedcap’s Back-to-Work program developing, cultivating, and training new business developers, generating hundreds of job opportunities, leading to many success stories of people gaining self-sufficiency and living more productive lives.

She holds a B. A. in psychology and, before coming to Fedcap, worked for Wildcat Service Corporation and was president and owner of Insight Personnel, a full-service staffing agency.
