JoAnne D’Aleo is a Business Development Manager for ReServe, with a special focus on the sourcing of full and part-time positions for the over-55 worker.
Prior to her position with ReServe, JoAnne held various leadership positions within the corporate IT world, where she ran organizations focusing on new business development, strategic planning and organizational transformation. In addition to her role with ReServe, JoAnne is currently on the National Board of The Transition Network, a professional women’s organization focused on supporting personal and career shifts for women over 50. She is currently serving a two-year assignment as their VP of Strategic Planning.
In addition to her career accomplishments, JoAnne has coached and mentored individuals in recovery on work readiness and career planning. JoAnne created and implemented a career development curriculum that supported women in recovery from domestic abuse and drug addition. A passionate believer in the power of transformation, JoAnne seeks to mentor and inspire those pursuing their own transformational journey.
