Helan Isaac

Helan Isaac joined the ReServe National office team in October of 2017 as one of our dedicated Placement Coordinators. She identifies the best candidates in our diverse ReServist talent pool for newly posted opportunities.  Helan also assists in the onboarding of NYC ReServists and engagement of our new NYC community partners.  

Helan holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Madras (CSI Ewart WCC – Chennai, India). Prior to joining ReServe, she worked for almost a decade with Covenant India, an executive search and recruitment firm established in Chennai, India. She joined this company in its early stages of development and quickly transitioned to management roles supporting teams across an array of industries. While serving at this company, Helan relocated to Bengaluru (India’s Silicon Valley) to set up a new office and direct business development where she managed recruitment of C-Level executives across India.
