    STIPEND

    ReServe bills nonprofits at the rate of $15 per hour of ReServist work.
    • $10 per hour is the stipend paid to ReServists
    • $5 covers payroll processing, payroll taxes, and administration.

    ReServists typically work--and are compensated for--about 15 hours a week, e.g., 2 long days or 3 short days. Cost to nonprofits is just over $200 a week.
